The PERIS™ MyFunding module will undergo scheduled maintenance Friday, January 21, 2022 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET to resolve the issue impacting the PHS Human Subjects and Clinical Trails Information V3.0 form for Forms-G submissions. If the downtime lasts longer than the expected time period, we will issue a follow-up notification. Otherwise, MyFunding will be available on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 8:00 PM ET.
