As a follow-up to the MyFunding SF424 Upgrade notice, please see the following information regarding the ‘Data Management and Sharing Costs’ entry in the SF424 Research & Related Budget Form.
Per the NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy for Budgeting, these costs should be labeled in Section F. of the SF424 as ‘Data Management and Sharing Costs’. Otherwise, an error may be generated (see Figures 1 & 2).
