In accordance with the tip on “Updating a Proposal Submission in MyFunding” on January 19, 2018, it is imperative that the state of the funding proposal be changed for proposals that are submitted directly by the department to the sponsor. This ensures that the proposal record is up-to-date and reflected accurately in MyFunding.
To assist users with this activity, the PERIS™ team has programmed automatic notifications that will be sent to the department administrator listed on a funding proposal if the funding proposal record has not been updated.
The first notification will be sent 7 days after a proposal has been returned to the department for submission. If the proposal record remains unchanged, subsequent notifications will be sent at 14 days and 30 days.
