As a reminder, the following tips can be used to ensure the ‘PI Certification request’ is sent correctly. If the Principal Investigator (PI) has not received the certification request after the below tips have been applied, please contact the PERIS™ Team at email@example.com.
Tip No. 1
Ensure the correct user profile is selected. Search by the PI’s Pitt username (USER ID filter) in an advanced search (see Figure 1).

Tip No. 2
Verify that the ‘PI Certification request’ was sent to the correct email address by clicking the ‘Requested PI Certification’ link in the ‘History’ tab (see Figures 2 and 3).
