The SF424 forms that are used for System-to-System (i.e., via Grants.Gov) submissions have been upgraded in MyFunding to allow for NIH Forms-G submissions.

Please note: A known issue is impacting the ability to save changes made to the display order in the Research & Related Senior/Key Person Profile and Project/Performance Site Location(s) forms in the SF424 application (see Figures 1 & 2 for examples). As a result, the order of senior/key personnel and project locations cannot be changed. The PERIS™ team is working with our vendor to resolve this issue and will alert users once this has been corrected. Thank you for your patience.
