ALERT: CHANGED: Scheduled Extended MyFunding Downtime 7/21/23-7/30/23

REVISED: In response to user feedback and to minimize the impact on known deadlines as much as possible, the MyFunding upgrade has CHANGED.

The MyFunding upgrade will now take place on Friday, July 21st at 5:30pm through Sunday, July 30th. The site will be available for all users again on Monday, July 31st at 8:30am. MyFunding will be down and inaccessible during this period.

Please note: No work can be completed in MyFunding during this downtime, including proposal submissions, award activations, award modifications, and any other proposal or award activities. A detailed email will be forthcoming on how proposal submissions and sponsor-requested urgent items will be processed during this upgrade period.

The MyFunding upgrade will include functional and visual changes. Changes include:

• New visual features such as slide-in windows, left-hand navigation, and more. MyRA has these updates already implemented.
• Streamlined smartforms and questions
• Improved performance – redesigned Award Personnel page and reviewer notes
• New features – new activities such as ‘Send Email’ and ‘Manage Access’ that allows users more options and flexibility

The PERISTM team will continue to provide updates on the upgrade, training documentation, and downtime.
