In response to user feedback, the Contracting Party Pop-up window and new contracting party request form in MyRA have been changed.
These changes streamline the process of adding new contracting parties and also permit the continuation and submission of the MyRA agreement while the contracting party is being added.
Revised steps to add a new contracting party:
- If the contracting party is unavailable, select and fill out the New Contracting Party form. The form is now prepopulating the Pitt email address (of the logged-in user) and MyRA ID #. Only the contracting party information is required:
- Select ‘Pending’ as the Contracting Party/Company/Institution and the system will automatically update the agreement once the new contracting party has been reviewed and added to MyRA. This will allow you to continue to work on and submit the agreement without having to go back to the agreement at a later time to update the contracting party.
