A known vendor issue impacts the Research & Related (R&R) Subaward Budget Attachment(s) Form in the SF-424 application in MyFunding, resulting in a validation warning message being incorrectly triggered when question 5 is zero. This bug will be fixed in a future release.
If the ‘Total Direct and Indirect Costs’ equal the ‘Subawards/Consortium/Contractual Costs’ on the R&R Budget V3.0 Form, submitting the SF-424 application with this warning will not be a problem (see Figures 1, 2 & 3).
